RDS-31iTx is is a multi-purpose survey meter using an energy compensated GM-tube as primary detector. It is wireless ready, utilizing the WRM² communication protocol. Several diffrent probes can be connected to measures alpha, beta and gamma even in very high dose rates. The probes are smart means the RDS-31 will detect the connected probe automatically and the user does not have to switch off the device before exchanging a probe.
Depending on external detector the RDS-31 are capable to measure several units like Sv(/h), cps, cpm, dpm and Bq/cm². It has flexible histogram functions (dose rate, dose, diagnostic logging depending on configuration, time stamp, optional location control for mapping and repeating room measurement analysis) with a real time clock function. Audible, visual and vibration alarm are configurable and selecable by the user.
The best way to use the versatillity and configure the RDS-31 is via the USB interface and using the software CSW-31 (optional). Fins the accessories in the accessories tab.
